1.  ENHANCED USER INTERFACE (Graphic Design Changes):  Many of the menus have a new look.  The goal is to help speed up data entry and get feedback while minimizing the number of "clicks" of your mouse.  Reducing the amount of navigating will help your increase your response time - especially while the customer is on the phone.
2.  EMAIL DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY FROM SAFE™:  Now you can click an email button and send documents or messages to your customers if you have their email address stored.  Use Microsoft Outlook®, Windows Live®, or your own personal email account to send emails.  You can also automatically attach your selected SAFE™ document to the email in a PDF format if you are using Microsoft Access 2007 or our new 2007 Standalone version.  You can still send the documents in an "RTF" (Rich Text Format) when running SAFE™ directly from Microsoft Access® XP or 2003.
3.  INTERACTIVE GRAPHS AND SCHEDULERS:  If you are using SAFE™ with Microsoft Access® XP, 2003, or 2007, you can create your own graphs and scheduler outcomes on your screen.  These graphs and listings can also be printed from the screen.  You control the criteria that will help you understand your overall business status.
4.  ADDED FUNCTIONALITY:  Now you can schedule your Septic Inspections by each Regulatory Authority's method.  Example:  Smith County schedules the next inspections from the Contract Start Date.  Williamson County, however, schedules from the Actual Date the system was inspected.  You can set the new version up so that it will calculate the next inspection for each customer based on what Agency their accountable to.  This will greatly reduce errors, fines, and miscommunication between you and your regulatory authorities.
5.  CONTRACT & INSPECTION DATE QUICK-CHANGE MENUS:  With the click of a button, you can now change the dates of contracts and inspections from one menu.  This will dramatically reduce the time it takes to update your customers that have renewed their contract with you.
